Shipping and Delivery

  • Zero HVACR Canada ships nationwide across Canada from Canadian stock.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary by location and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handoff to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns on unused, uninstalled units in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Installed or damaged units are not eligible for return unless covered under warranty.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned unit.

Warranty

  • All Zero HVACR systems come with a 10-year compressor warranty and 5-year parts warranty.
  • Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@zero-hvacr.ca with your order details.

Warranties and Liability

  • Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee that our website will always run without errors or interruptions.
  • Zero HVACR Canada is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that result from using our website, services, or products, except where Canadian law requires otherwise.
