The Zero 12,000 BTU Standard Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump – 110V (ZMSB-12HVT110-US) is a compact single-zone heating and cooling system designed for individual rooms and smaller residential spaces. With a rated 12,000 BTU cooling capacity and 12,200 BTU heating capacity, it is suitable for spaces up to approximately 550 sq. ft., depending on insulation, ceiling height, climate conditions, and overall heating or cooling load.
This ductless system uses one indoor unit and one outdoor unit to provide independent temperature control without traditional ductwork. Operating on a 115V, 60Hz single-phase power supply, it is a practical option for bedrooms, home offices, additions, studios, and other single-zone applications.
With a 19 SEER2 efficiency rating, heating operation down to -20°C (-4°F), and indoor sound levels as low as 27 dB(A), the system combines efficient seasonal performance with quiet indoor operation.
