The Zero Z-MAX ZMSB-12HVT-USHHR2 12,000 BTU Hyper Heat Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump is a high-efficiency single-zone system designed to provide heating and cooling for individual rooms and residential spaces. Its ductless configuration provides independent temperature control without traditional ductwork.
With 12,000 BTU rated cooling and heating capacity, the system is suitable for spaces up to approximately 550 sq. ft., depending on insulation, ceiling height, climate conditions, and overall heating or cooling load. Variable-capacity inverter technology adjusts system output according to demand for more consistent indoor temperature control.
The Z-MAX system is rated at 23 SEER2 and 9.5 HSPF2 and supports heating operation in outdoor temperatures down to -25°C (-13°F). It operates on a 208/230V, 60Hz single-phase power supply and uses R454B refrigerant.
